Welcome to My Happy Place. By booking with us and using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Booking & Payments
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
- A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm bookings.
- A deposit of 30% is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
1.3 Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 3 PM
- Check-out: By 12 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
1.4 House Rules
- No smoking and vaping inside the premises.
- No pets allowed.
- Guests must respect noise levels, particularly between 10 PM – 7 AM.
- Any damages caused by guests must be reported and may incur additional charges.
1.5 Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay.
- Children must be supervised when using the stairs as well as the walk way in the house as well as the stairs to the terrace.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
